Booking Information – How to Book
Online
We have a 24 hour online booking system. It’s safe, secure and easy to use. Just click the ‘Buy Tickets’ button on your chosen show and follow the instructions. Please note not all shows are available to purchase online.

Tickets are available to purchase direct through our phone lines – 01745 33 00 00 or in person at the Box Office counter during our opening times.
Box Office Opening Hours
Monday to Friday – 10am-4.30pm or until curtain up on performance days
Saturday & Sunday – 4pm until curtain up on performance day
Booking Fees
E-tickets – Free Hold tickets for collection at Box Office – £2.00 per transaction Post tickets – £2.50 per transaction
Family tickets
Many of our shows offer a family ticket. This entitles the customer to 2 adults and 2 children (3 -16 years) or 1 adult and 3 children (3 -16 years). There is always a maximum of 2 adults for family ticket concessions.
Group Bookings
Please call the Box Office if you are looking to book a group of 10+. We are usually able to reserve tickets and hold payment for an agreed period of time.
Ticket group concessions are available on selected performances.
Concessions
Are available on selected performances for over 60’s, students, under 16 years,
schools and disabled persons. Proof of entitlement may be required. Children under the age of 3 are able to sit on an adults lap, if a seat is required then this must be purchased.
We also offer free tickets to companions/carers of customers who are unable to attend the
theatre alone, please call the Box Office for more information.
Age restrictions can vary between shows. Unless otherwise advertised, the minimum age for unaccompanied children is 12 years old.
Parking
Denbighshire County Council offer a Pay and Display car park adjacent to the theatre with
designated disabled parking bays. We also have limited disabled parking bays just outside
the theatre. These charges will apply from 8am – 5pm. (Open 7am – 12am daily)
Blue badge holders must pay but will receive an extra hour of parking time in addition to the expiry time printed on the pay and display ticket.
