TERMS & CONDITIONS
By purchasing any ticket by telephone, at our Box Office or online you are agreeing to our terms and conditions of sale:
- Once purchased, tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded.
- Discounts and special offers may be limited or subject to availability. The price of Tickets for the performance will be the price set out on our website or notified to you (if you order by telephone or in person) at the time you make your order. You must state any discount to which you think you are entitled at the time of ordering your Tickets, as discounts cannot be applied retrospectively.
- Concessionary rates vary according to performance, so please check with Ticket Office when booking if you have any queries. Proof of identity and/or entitlement to concessionary rates may be requested. Please note that if proof of entitlement is not shown when asked, your ticket will be exchanged to a standard-rate ticket and you will need to pay the difference.
- You must provide us with accurate details about you and your order at the time of your order, whether such order is made online, over the telephone or in person. Please check Tickets carefully as errors cannot always be corrected and refunds will not be made other than in accordance with these Conditions.
- Please advise the Box Office of any specific access requirements. Designated wheelchair spaces can only be booked via the Box Office.

Rhyl Pavilion Theatre is not a member of the Hynt Scheme. However, an allocation of free tickets for people assisting or caring for Hynt cardholders is available for every show. Please contact the Box Office for details.
- Only customers holding valid tickets or e-tickets will be permitted to enter the auditorium.
- Latecomers may not be admitted until a suitable break in the performance, which may be at the interval.
- We reserve the right to provide alternative seats to those purchased.
- Customers are only permitted to take one small bag (e.g. handbag) into the auditorium.
- In the interest of public safety we operate a security search policy. Please be aware all bags (or a random selection) may be searched by designated members of our Front of House security team. On occasion, all bags searches may be a condition of entry, any one party who declines a security search may not be admitted (at the discretion of the House Manager). This does not entitle the ticket holder to a refund.
- Entry will be refused if you or any of your party behave in a way that will or may adversely impact upon the enjoyment of other people at our venue or any performance or if, in our opinion, you are acting unreasonably whether as a result of you being under the influence of alcohol or drugs or otherwise.
- No smoking or vaping is permitted, other than designated areas outside the theatre.
- All theatre bars operate a Challenge 25 rule, so please bring ID with you.
- Only food and drink purchased on the premises may be consumed within the building.
- It is the nature of live performance that start and running times may vary. Artists, programme and performance details are correct at the time of sale, but due to the nature of live performance, changes may be unavoidable and no refunds or exchanges will be given.
- We are acting as a retailer of this ticket at the request of the promoter and accept no liability for any losses incurred by the purchaser in the event that the event does not take place in whole or part.
- If a performance is cancelled, you may be offered a rescheduled date where possible, or a refund of the face value of the ticket. We will not be liable for any travel or accommodation expenses incurred in any circumstances, including in the event that a performance is cancelled.
- For tickets purchased through a third party booking agent, the terms and conditions of the booking agent shall apply.
- Tickets must not be resold. Tickets re-sold will be null and void and the ticket holder will be refused entry.
- Under no circumstances shall customers be permitted to sit in the aisles.
- Mobile phones and devices should be switched off within the auditorium during the performance.
- Use of photographic or sound recording is not allowed during a performance, unless expressly permitted.
- Age guidance may apply to some performances, which may relate to themes of an adult nature, language, nudity or themes that may be unsuitable for younger audiences.
- Any damage caused to the theatre’s premises or property, whether deliberately or through negligence, will be charged for, and customers will be prevented from attending shows and events at Rhyl Pavilion Theatre until such charges have been paid.
- Unless otherwise, stated, the minimum age for unaccompanied children is 12 years old.
- Sound levels are monitored and enforced in accordance with the conditions of the licencing authority.
- Strobe lighting, smoke effects, loud noises and gunshots may be used in some productions. Contact the Box Office or Duty Manager if you need more information.
- Performances and audiences may be filmed, recorded or photographed for broadcasting and/or publication purposes. By buying a ticket, you consent to be included in such filming, recording and/or photography.
- Please be aware certain performances encourage audience involvement and participation, which may impact some people’s viewing experience. If you are concerned this may be the case, please contact our Box Office to discuss seating options for your performance. Please note – the company will be absolved of liability with regards to any complaints of this nature made after performances.
