IBIZA PARTY NIGHT

Ibiza parties are back for the Summer at the Beach Hut, Nova, with live entertainment delighting the crowds in North Wales’ best beer garden.

Dancers, fabulous cocktails,  Ibiza style DJ,  ice cream factory and delicious drink offers have all been confirmed for Saturday, 20th July.

Terms & Conditions

We want to provide you with the best possible experience. To ensure a safe and enjoyable evening for yourself and others, the following terms and conditions apply to ticket sales and admission to the Ibiza Party.

• Tickets can only be purchased from Rhyl Pavilion Theatre Box Office or online from www.rhylpavilion.co.uk. You can choose to collect tickets from the Box Office, or have them posted to you (postage fee applies).
• Once purchased, tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded.
• Where tickets include table reservations, you must arrive for your table before 6.30pm. If you have not arrived by then, your table will be released for other guests.
• Tickets must be presented at the entrance to gain access to the event. Strictly no admission without a valid ticket.
• You will be issued with a wristband on entry, which must be worn at all times. Wristbands are non-transferable, and you may be asked to leave if you are not wearing a wristband.
• No duplicate tickets or wristbands will be issued, so please keep your tickets and wristbands safe.
• You will be allowed to leave and re-enter the event, but you will not be allowed to re-enter if your wristband is lost or damaged.
• No food or drink can be brought into the event. Only food and drink purchased at Beach Hut can be consumed on the premises.
• Everyone entering the event will be subject to bag searches by trained security staff.
• Entry will be refused or you will be removed from the site if you are found with any illegal substances, nitrous oxide, offensive material or any item judged by security staff to pose a risk to yourself or others.
• Entry to the site will be refused or you will be removed from the site if you are intoxicated, behaving offensively, or violently. We will operate a zero-tolerance policy against any form of discrimination.
• No smoking or vaping is permitted, other than designated areas outside the events area.
• Beach Hut operates a Challenge 25 rule, so please bring ID with you.
• Tops and footwear must be worn at all times. You will be asked to leave if you refuse to do so.
• Beach Hut is a fully accessible venue, but please inform the Box Office if you have any specific access requirements.
• If the event is cancelled, you will be entitled to a refund of full face value of the ticket.
• In the event of poor weather, the event may be relocated to another venue operated by DLL. Your ticket will still be valid for the event, and no refunds will be given.
• CCTV may be in use on and around the site, for the purposes of public safety and the prevention and detection of crime.
