Tickets are limited to four per household. The community are encouraged to book their tickets as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.

Prepare for an unforgettable weekend of music this Summer, as Denbighshire Leisure Ltd (DLL) in collaboration with Rhyl Town Council, proudly present the free ‘Summertime Weekender’ at the Rhyl Events Arena.

With thanks to funding from Rhyl Town Council, DLL are thrilled to announce that tickets for this weekend will be FREE to attend for the local community, to kick off the Summer in style.

Taking place on Saturday 2^nd and Sunday 3^rd August at Rhyl Events Arena, the line-up is packed with performances and activities for all ages, ensuring an exciting summer celebration for the entire community.

The festivities begin on Saturday with an impressive line-up of acts starting from 2pm, including The Big Pop Party Show – featuring terrific tributes to Taylor Swift, Ariana Grande, Dua Lipa and Meghan Trainor, Queen Rhapsody – Performing all of Queen’s legendary hits and Kaiser Monkey Killers – Enjoy classic rock anthems from this talented tribute band.

Sunday’s line-up offers an afternoon of legendary sounds with performances from Midnight Soul Sisters – Delivering soulful and Motown classics, Elite Elton – performing the iconic hits of Elton John and Ska Britannia – known for their energetic performances and showmanship.

There’s something for everyone, Families and children with tickets can also enjoy a range of fun and free entertainment dotted around the arena throughout the day, including face painting, balloon modelling, a caricaturist and more.

Terms and Conditions

Tickets

The Box Office will not be open on the day of the event. This is a sell-out event, so if you are no longer able to attend, please return your tickets to the Box Office, so we can allocate them to someone else.

Food & Drink

Fish & Chips, Pizzas, Ice Cream will be available from outlets at the Events Arena, plus a licenced bar.

Parking

The nearest car parks are the Theatre Car Park and Rhyl Central Car Park. Both are Pay & Display car parks.

Arena Entrance

Entrance into the Events Arena will be located on the West side of the Events Arena, next to the toilets.

Conditions of Entry

* Gates open at 1pm.

* On entry, present your ticket to security staff who will exchange this for a wristband, which must be worn at all times. No entry without a valid ticket.

* Allow extra time for bag checks by trained security staff on entry. SIA trained staff will be on site throughout the event. To ensure quicker entry times, please only bring a small bag.

* Male, female and accessible toilets are located within the events arena.

* There is no seating in the Events Arena. Blankets and camping chairs are allowed in an allocated area.

* Alcohol cannot be brought into the venue.

* Glass bottles will be confiscated (including perfume bottles). However, a sealed plastic bottle of water will be permitted.

* Under 16’s must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18.

* The Events Arena is not covered. Check the forecast on the day and come prepared for the conditions.

* No dogs allowed, with the exception of registered assistance dogs.

Our Team

There will be event stewards on hand to help you. If you encounter any problems or need assistance during your visit, please let a Steward know and we’ll endeavour to resolve it immediately to ensure you get full enjoyment from the show. Please note that we are unable to deal with problems retrospectively.

Respect for Staff

Every member of our team is fully committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences for all of our guests. They will always strive to treat our guests with courtesy and respect, and we ask that our guests treat them in the same way. We will not tolerate any bad language, abuse, threats or intimidation towards any member of staff, whether that be in-person, over the telephone or online. Anyone behaving in this manner towards our staff will be asked to leave and may be refused entry to all DLL facilities.
